The Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (JSERC) on June 25, 2025, notified Jharkhand State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Determination of Tariff for Procurement of Power from Wind, Biogas, Municipal Solid Waste and Refuse Derived fuel-based Power Projects) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2025 to amend JSERC (Determination of Tariff for Procurement of Power from Wind, Biogas, Municipal Solid Waste and Refuse Derived fuel-based Power Projects) Regulations, 2016.
The following has been stated: -
•In the Principal Regulations, under chapter A1, Regulations 1.3 shall be read as following:
1.3 These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Jharkhand Gazette unless reviewed or amended, or extended by the Commission, and shall remain in force up to March 31, 2030.
